This is a Fresh Milled course which will teach you all the basics of Modern Day Fresh Milled Bread. Fresh Milled bread is made directly from grinding your own whole wheat berries. Fresh milled bread is a very nutrient dense bread. It contains 40 of the 44 nutrients that the human body needs. Additionally, the natural oils in the grains are preserved in the fresh milled flour, which add great flavor and moisture to baked goods. Fresh milled bread is alive, having its enzymes and full nutrients and fiber. The bran and the germ are not removed like in store bought bread. Many people with allergies and sensitivities have been able to tolerate this very nutritious bread but always be cautious if you have a gluten allergy.
